What access is required for track set-up?

1. Initial Track survey by technical personal
2. AI marker posts sectional areas and starting gates.
3. Optional Camera testing from the commentator’s box
4. Line of sight testing of optional camera
5. AI camera footage for five laps from broadcast camera positions

What access is required for track set-up?

Two-week timeframe for software implementation & integration plus site visit

What maintenance is required?

Very little. The only maintenance required is on-site staff to check that all AI markers are visible and not damaged.

Do we need an electrician on-site during installation?

No. Our system runs off-camera data unless you opt for sectional cameras.

Can you demo this set-up on any Greyhound racetrack in NZ?

Yes. We are happy to demo any Greyhound racetrack in the country free of charge.

Do we own the hardware, or is it leased?

You own only the optional sectional cameras; all other hardware is included in your subscription.

How is your Data shared with us?

There are a few options here, including Sftp, web services or any other direct communications.

Can Results be displayed on course displays in real-time after the race?

Yes. Supplying real-time data can be added at an additional cost.

Do we get additional AI markers?

Yes. Each track will be supplied with extra easy-grip replaceable markers.

Do you have any live testing completed on the track to prove proof of the product?

Yes, successful testing at Manukau and Cambridge.

What data security do you have if we go with your company?

Our servers are fully secure and hosted in both New Zealand and Australia.
